YAMAHA
YG12 is a compact high speed laminator in YAMAHA series laminator.
It has the ability of high speed laminator. It can use tape, tube
and bulk components, mainly for laminator mounting.
A set of 10 in-line mounting heads, combined with the new scanning
camera, enables high speed mounting of 36.000 chip components per
hour under optimal conditions: mounting ranges from 0402mm
(01005in) to 20mm components.
The corresponding PCB size is L50× W50mm-L510 × W460mm

Mounting accuracy: Absolute accuracy of 0.05mm/CHIP; repeatability
+ 0.03mm/CHIP
The main machine has 60 loading and feeding positions (measured in

The newly designed feeder weighs less than 1kg and is very easy to
install and disassemble. The center distance of the adjacent feeder
components is 12mm, which is the same as the nozzle spacing of the
mounting head, and the synchronous component absorption of 10
nozzles can be realized.
