| Our latest generation of powerful screen printers are modular in
design and can be customized to any customer-specific or
application-specific requirements. DEK NeoHorizon can be equipped
with or re-selected a number of powerful options with enhanced
precision, including splint systems, transfer rails, support
systems, solder paste management, certification and the new DEK
ProFlow ATx printhead system. This flexible option is easily and
comfortably controlled with the leading press software DEK
InstinctivTM V9. |
| DEK NeoHorizon offers two basic models of press configurations: |
| The DEK NeoHorizon 03 iX is equipped with the DEK HawkEye 750
camera system, semi-automatic loading stencil system and standard
stencil bottom cleaning system with a core production cycle of 8.0
seconds and a machine accuracy of ±20 μm @ 2 Cmk for highly mixed
environments. |
| With a core production cycle of 6.5 seconds and enhanced accuracy
of ±15 microns @ 2 Cmk, the DEK NeoHorizon 01 iX is designed for
applications where quality and throughput are critical, such as
0201 (metric) components. This configuration is equipped with a
high-resolution DEK HawkEye 1700 camera, a fully automated loading
stencil system, and a high-end DEK Cyclone stencil bottom cleaning
system. |
| Back to back: single track and double track free switching |
| The innovative design of the new press and its rugged cover support
full control and maintenance operations at the front of the
machine. You can now put two DEK NeoHorizon presses back to back
together to create an intelligent, flexible dual-track solution to
meet future needs. At the same time, the two machines can still be
configured and operated separately. When a two-track solution is no
longer needed, you can separate the two presses and reuse them for
a separate line. This unique capability will give you the perfect
combination of flexibility and investment protection. |
