Working Principle
The PSA Nitrogen Generator operates on the Pressure Swing
Adsorption principle, utilizing carbon molecular sieve as the
adsorbent. Under specific pressure conditions, nitrogen is
separated from air as purified compressed air passes through
adsorption vessels via compression and decompression cycles. Due to
oxygen molecules moving faster than nitrogen molecules through the
carbon molecular sieve, oxygen is adsorbed first while nitrogen is
collected to produce nitrogen gas. The carbon molecular sieve then
undergoes decompression to release oxygen molecules in a process
called regeneration. The system typically employs two towers - one
for production and one for regeneration - controlled by PLC and
